Destination Wedding at Hacienda Chichí Suárez: Mariel & Martín 💝
Mariel and Martin got married in the spring of 2017, one of the most popular seasons for weddings thanks to the low probability of rain and the blooming of the vegetation that provides one of the most beautiful sights in Yucatán.

Mariel had a fantastic artistic vision, which was no surprise as her vocation was focused on interior design. This made her wedding planning full of creative and eye-catching ideas that make events such as her getting ready memorable experiences.
Here are some photos of this couple getting ready alongside their group of close family and friends that traveled to Yucatan to celebrate their marriage with them. Enjoy the tour.

Wedding at Santa Lucía
Mariel and Martin got married in a catholic ceremony at the Santa Lucia chapel located at Mérida’s downtown. The bride and groom looked amazing and the ceremony was beautiful until the last second.

After the ceremony was over, the couple and their guests were transported to the hacienda by the private transportation hired for the wedding. Here are a series of photos of Mariel and Martin in the incredible scenery of this colorful hacienda.
Ethereal Heir
One of the greatest things of having brides that work in the design field is that we can learn a lot from them and their ideas. During the eight months working with Mariel, we worked together to create a unique style for her big day.
We agreed on the use of natural textures, wood and the prominence of the color green so that the spaces look fresh and natural. Thanks to the open space of the hacienda, this idea was a great success. Take a look at the exquisite details we had that day:

It was time for the bride and groom to make their entrance to the celebration and enjoy the rest of the night. The highlights of the evening were, of course, the dedications from friends and family, and the first dance that opened the dance floor to the most energized guests who were ready to dance.
Thank you…
When having a destination wedding, we always tell our couples the importance of getting to know a little bit of the culture of the place they are going to be celebrating their wedding at. That way, they are sure to return home not only with fond memories of the experience, but knowledge of the country they visited.
Mariel and Martin are the perfect example of that, they truly seemed to have enjoyed all the wonders Yucatán offered them and we hope they will forever carry Yucatán in their hearts. Thank you guys, for choosing us as your wedding planners and letting us share a bit of your love story. Cheers to your love.
