Tea Ceremony at Hacienda Sac Chich: Lingyi & Glenn 💐
Lingyi & Glenn celebrated their tea ceremony at Merida hacienda wedding. Every detail was perfectly taken care of so that both the bride and groom and their 38 guests enjoyed an unforgettable experience.
The day before the big celebration, the couple had an intimate welcome party at Hacienda Teya, where they enjoyed a delicious dinner and shared laughter and memories with their loved ones.
Tea ceremony: wedding day begins
The wedding day arrived and the lovers prepared to say “Yes, I do”.
Lingyi had her Getting Ready in one of the sophisticated rooms at the Hacienda, Casa Sisal. Accompanied by her bridesmaids, the bride was made up, styled and dressed. Her parents were also part of this emotional moment.
The bride wore a beautiful white dress with sleeves and a long cauda. She chose to wear her hair down, pearl earrings and a stunning long veil adorned with floral details. And, the bouquet, with white flowers and cream tones, could not be missing.
The bridesmaids wore blue dresses and once ready, they enjoyed a nice moment with the bride, opening a bottle of champagne.
For his part, Glenn got ready in another room, Casa Vieja, with some of his groomsmen and shared laughs and good times. The groom wore a black suit, with a black bow tie and a flower in a soft tone.
Both were ready to celebrate.
Tea ceremony approaching
Glenn was waiting for Lingyi with his back turned outside Casa Sisal. When he saw her, everyone stopped and it was just the two of them, it was very emotional, romantic and special.
The symbolic ceremony took place in the large gardens of the Hacienda. The string quartet provided a romantic atmosphere.
The bride arrived accompanied by her parents, then walked alone to Glenn, wearing her beautiful floral veil. The groom’s father opened the ceremony. When the time came, they said their vows and promised each other eternal love, exchanged rings and sealed their commitment with a kiss.
As they left, all the guests rejoiced and celebrated this marriage.
Tea ceremony with family
Lingyi’s family is Asian, and the couple wanted to honor their parents, so an outdoor Tea Ceremony was held, with the objective of thanking the families for their blessing to make the union possible.
The recognized arch of the Hacienda was the spot for the ceremony, decorated with an embroidered curtain and accompanied by a green armchair, where the bride and groom were seated. On wooden tables were placed the appetizers that would be used, among dried fruit and tea utensils. In addition to delicate flowers to accompany.
Once again, instrumental music provided an atmosphere of tranquility and romance.
At the end, a cocktail awaited the guests in The Loggia, a cozy space of the venue.
The venue’s large garden was the space for the wedding reception. The Garden Wedding Style, which represented Lingyi & Glenn’s personality, was highlighted at every moment of the destination wedding, and even more so at the reception.
A touch of softness was reflected in the tables, which were decorated with flowers in light tones and details in wood tones.
The guests were the first to pass, the table assignment was through small vases. Then the bride and groom made their triumphal entrance and made their way to the champagne tower to open the party, while the guests had their glasses ready to toast.
At dinner, everyone enjoyed an excellent lime soup, along with other delicious appetizers. Speeches were not long in coming and first the parents delighted with some emotional words, then the friends of the bride and groom also had a lot to say.
The dessert table was opened after dinner and then the first dances began. Lingyi danced with her father, then the bride and groom enjoyed their first dance as husband and wife. Fireworks surprised everyone and the dance floor was opened.
It was a day of celebration filled with love and harmony. Thank you Lingyi & Glenn for trusting YucatanLove. We wish you much happiness and prosperity.
