This couple came all the way from the United States to have their destination wedding at Yucatan, surprising all their family and friends.
A natural getting ready
On the day of the wedding, the couple started getting ready in different places within the hacienda, Sarah at the old house while Jason was at Casa Sisal.
Sarah’s makeup was a very natural look that along with her pinned-up hair and flower details at the center made the most perfect combination.
The tea ceremony
Before putting on her wedding dress the couple had a small tea ceremony, something very common in Asian weddings where grandparents and parents bless the wedding and the young couple offers tea to their family as a symbol of gratitude.
After the tea ceremony, the bride returned to put on her dress which was a classic white chiffon gown. Jason opted for blue linen pants with a white shirt, giving them both a fresh and casual look that matched the intimate wedding they had.
Smiles that fill the moment
The moment of the first look arrived and the couple met in one of the gardens of the old house. When they finally saw each other, both smiled and shared glances of happiness that surrounded that moment.
The guests began to arrive and were surprised with fresh coconuts and a mariachi band that brightened up the place making it the perfect scenery for a wedding.
